::Pelt::

Shade's pelt is a medium length. It is about an inch longer than an average sorthaired cat, but instead of being silky and flat, it is fluffy. The way his fur is makes his pelt pattern look a bit odd. His fur has a brown tabby pattern, but his stripes are broken and look almost messy because of the length and volume of his fur. He has white on his toes, chin and the tips of his ears.

::Eyes::

Shade's eyes are a bright amber. They stick out from the dark fur around his eyes.

::Build::

Shade is a huge cat. But compared to his fellow natives, he is only an average height. But he is stocky so he appears a bit 'thicker' than the rest of the native cats and his fluff makes him look even bigger. He is strong and muscled, but not so much that it makes him look wonky.

Personality:

Shade is very much dedicated to the royal family. He is keen to follow orders the first time they are given, even if he doesn't agree with it. He likes to fight, but is smart enough not to just attack first without knowing the situation, unless told otherwise. He is quiet and can be a bit distant at times. He mostly spends his time listening rather than talking or socializing.

History:

There's not much to Shade's history. He was born in the castle and raised in the castle. He always dreamed of holding a high position in the hierarchy and thought that having any sort of friend or family would slow him down. He began distancing himself from his parents and siblings when he was young. He'd done such a good job that when his parents died, he wasn't even phased.

He trained hard to become a good fighter and was looking for any way to show the king and queen that he was worthy of some sort of high ranking position. He started trying to make friends with cats that were already in positions of power thinking that it might help him get where he wanted, but in the end it was just hard work that got him where he is.
