::Pelt::

Currently, Nightkit still has her kitten fluff so her fur almost always sticks straight out. And, as her name implies, her pelt is black as night with only the occasional stray white hair that works its way in between the black ones. As she grows, her pelt will become sleeker and will remain short except for her tail which will be slightly feathered.

::Eyes::

As is common with kits, Nightkit's eyes are still blue. Over time they will slowly turn into more of a yellow like the other cats that share her color.

::Build::

Nightkit is an average size for her age, but she is leaner than most kits. Her legs are long and so is her tail which makes her look more like a WindClan cat then a member of ShadowClan, but she doesn't mind. Her muscles are barely visible under her kitten fluff, but they're there because of all the play fighting with her sister, Moonkit. She already has a scar on her shoulder from a careless encounter with a thorn, but it doesn't bother her or slow her down.

Personality:

Nightkit is playful, energetic and generally likes causing trouble. She likes to think of herself as leader material, but she's to passive to be a leader. She'll let another cat take charge because she's to lazy to make all the decisions. She's protective of her sister, Moonkit, even if she doesn't need to be. It's just the way sisters are. She is normally friendly, but cats from other Clans scare her, so she tries to avoid the borders whenever she's out of camp. She's mischievous and enjoys causing trouble with her sister and friends.

History:

::Kithood::

There hasn't been much to Nightkit's life yet. She and her sister were born too early and the abnormal kitting caused her mother to bleed to death. She was very weak for a while and had to be taken to the medicine den for the first few weeks of her life. A volunteer she-cat had a false pregnancy to feed Nightkit and Moonkit and had to come into the medicine den so Nightkit could eat. At about two moons of age, the medicine cat said she was strong enough to return to the nursery to be with the other kits. She grew fast until she'd caught up with the other kits in size and made friends with Raidkit shortly after her return to the nursery.
