Morningpaw also took a bite of the sparrow and looked up at Rabbitpaw. "Yeah," she purred and began thinking of something she could do without hurting herself. Honestly, there wasn't much she could do. She couldn't even play tag without tearing herself open.

We could sneak past the border. Rabbitpaw smirked. It seemed like a good idea; they could explore other territories to learn more about them. And if they got caught, there was no way anybody could be fast enough to catch them. What do you say? He grinned hopefully.

Morningpaw shifted uncomfortably. It was only just recently that she'd accidentally trespassed on ThunderClan land. Then two warriors had caught her and kept her until they could give her over to Copperstar personally. "I don't know if that's such a good idea..." she muttered, sounding as if she was still toying with the idea of agreeing.

Come on! It'll be fun! Rabbitpaw coaxed. Besides, we won't get in much trouble if we get caught. His smile turned sly and knowing. Because a couple loners new to the territory don't know any better. Rabbitpaw said sneakily. He rolled around in the grass for a long while until he smelled like nothing but grass, dirt, snow, and caterpillars. He ruffled up is fur to make himself appear a bit differently. Ta da! Meet Buddy, the loner who just moved from another forest. Rabbitpaw waited expectantly for Morningpaw's reaction.

Morningpaw still looked uncertain. "I don't know..." she mewed nervously. But after watching Rabbit roll about in the dirt, she sighed. If she got caught again, she wasn't sure how Copperstar would react. "Fine,but we have to be careful," she mewed. She dropped to her side, rolling in the grass, dirt and snow like Rabbitpaw had. She was careful not to reopen the wound on her shoulder as she mussed up her fur in places to change her appearance slightly. "I hope you're right about this."

Awesome! Rabbitpaw grinned eagerly. Even though we're at the RiverClan border, we don't have to go there if you don't wan to. If I'm dragging you across the border, it might as well be to a clan you would want to check out. He told Morningpaw. So what's it going to be? RiverClan, ThunderClan, or ShadowClan? He asked. Rabbitpaw snapped his muzzle shut as he waited for Morningpaw to speak, but opened it again when he realized that he had forgotten something. Oh yeah, what's your loner name going to be? If we get caught and they ask us what our names are, you very well can't say Morningpaw. Rabbitpaw chuckled.

Morningpaw started thinking. "Um..." she mewed. However, her thoughts were interrupted when Rabbitpaw spoke again. "Oh! I'll be...Sophie." She'd met a kittypet once named Sophie and she figured it was a pretty name and that was why she was borrowing it now. She went back to thinking about what Clan she wanted. If she went into ThunderClan territory again, they might recognize her from when she'd been caught a few days earlier. "RiverClan is fine," she mewed after a moment of silence.

RiverClan it is then! Rabbitpaw announced and brushed through the caterpillar infested grass into the outside world. He cautiously padded across the boder and inhaled all the scents, he couldn't smell any cats. Rabbi-er, "Buddy", relaxed and turned back to "Sophie" and ushered her over. Come on Sophie! Rabbitpaw winked.


[[New thread? I was thinking that maybe they could run into a patrol consisting of two of our RiverClanners and maybe some other member who's willing to join the patrol. Is that okay with you? Do you have any ideas other than that?]]

'Sophie' sneaked cautiously after Rabbitpaw. "I'm coming," she said, giving 'Buddy' a nervous smile after he winked. She raised her nose to try and catch the scent of an approaching patrol if there was one coming. Her tail tip flicked back and forth nervously.
