Runic now dug up a hole in the earth making her paws filled with dirt. She dropped what was left of the rabbit in the hole and covered it up. She looked to the soundings then back at the two."Shall we depart now?" she asked softly. She knew they couldn't spend all day in the Windclans territory. Eventually a patrol was going to aether find or come across them. Also Rabbitpaws friend might wonder where he is.

Laurel copied Runic and buried her rabbit too. She sensed her friend's nervousness and nodded. Sure, Runic. I usually leave around this time anyway. She nodded in agreement. Laurel padded up to Rabbitpaw and touched noses. Rabbitpaw twitched, but he shook it off.
Bye Mother. Rabbitpaw licked her shoulder. He turned to Runic and dipped his head in respect. Bye Runic.
Laurel began to pad away but then realized something. Where are we going?
