Silvermask watched her for a few minutes then she moved on. The apprentice should be able to look after herself. She hoped. She continued on her eyes looking around for the mint she needed. She began to dig as frostpaw had done covering herself in snow. As time passed she felt the frozen touch of the snow. Just when she was about to call the apprentice and head back she found it. It was a bit shriveled but it would do. She walked forward and sliced the plant but she only took half. Now I know where some is . If she didnt kill the plant it would be here year after year."Frostpaw!" she yelled searching for the apprentice."Any luck" she called again. Then she picked up her leaves and wondered where the apprentice was. I hope she's close.

[Ohwow, long. Dx All dialogue, though. lol]
"Silvermask?" Frostpaw called, heard the medicine cat's voice echo amongst the trees. She shook a bit of snow off the tip of her nose, licking her lips and wandering forward almost blindly. In the snow, everything looked the same; if not extremely similar. As the minutes ticked by, her mood darkened. Now being able to spot the warrior made Frostpaw uneasy.
Suddenly, just ahead, the dark-furred apprentice caught sight of Silvermask. Not being able to supress a relieved smile, she began to make her way forward. "Oh, Silvermask, sorry that I lost you, I--" Frostpaw froze in her tracks. The cat she had approached was definantly not Silvermask. He was much smaller, much younger than the medicine cat was, with longer fur. There was a strange scent to him, but he did somewhat smell of Shadowclan. "H-hello..."
He turned slightly, blinking in surprise. "Oh, hey."
"What's your name?"
"Yours first," he said quickly.
"Frostpaw."
"Nice t'meet you, Frostpaw. I'm...I'm...Darkstripe."
"Aren't you too young to be a warrior?"
He chuckled, tail curling about behind him. "No. Not really. Why?"
She ignored his question and stared hard at him, nose twitching quizzically. "I've never seen you before, Darkstripe. You a Shadowclan cat?"
"Yes, yes." He seemed somewhat nervous, with with a breath he'd smoothed his fur and smiled widely at her. "Well. I've never seen you before, either. And you smell more like Shadowclan than I do!"
Frostpaw's eyes narrowed, and she pulled back. "What do you mean by that?"
"Nothing, nothing. You must stay in camp a lot, I guess." His ears lowered slightly. "Hey." He leaned closer. "What are you doing out here, anyway?"
"I'm...I'm..."
"You're not alone, are you?"
"No, no, Silvermask is with me." she said, grinning. "I was just hunting for a quick bite while we--"
"Ah. Hunting for the clan, I'm doing the same." he gave her a wink. "Don't tell them I slipped in something for myself along the way. And Silvermask," he nodded. "A good warrior, is he your mentor?"
Frostpaw's suspicious grew, and she took more than two steps back. "Silvermask is...a she-cat. And she's the Medicine Cat."
Darkstripe's eyes widened, then narrowed to slits.
"You...you aren't a Shadowclan cat, are you?"
"No. No I'm not."
"You...you're stealing food. When we already have so...so little."
He rose to his paws, letting out a low-pitched growl, baring his teeth for a hiss.
"You...should...l-leave." Frostpaw whispered. As the tom leapt at her she screamed, ducking and taking off into the forest. The tresspassing tom caught the tip of her tail in his teeth, bringing her to a sudden halt and leaping at her.
"Should I?" he hissed into her ear. "Well, so should you."
[Your cat could come up on him or he could have run off just before she gets there, your choice. C: Either way, Frostpaw hasn't had training yet, so she'll be a tad bit beaten up.]

There was an answering call but the forest did its best to distort it.Silvermoon began retracing her steps to where the Ivy was then she took in Frospaws sent doing her best to follow her trail. It lead here and there but she had problems picking it up in someplace but she did finally drew close. She peered over and saw two cats fighting. One was Frostpaw and he wasn't holding up very well. Silvermoon launched forward using the same speed from before to knock the intruder off Frostpaw. "Help me!" she hissed at Frostpaw as she recovered from falling. She was now assessing the cat before her he was a tom that looked relatively close to her appearance. "Who are you!" she growled.

She was thrown roughly to the side, hitting the snow and rolling. Frostpaw narrowed her eyes, flipping onto her stomach, legs splayed. "Yeah, yeah, okay." Frostpaw rose to her paws, hind legs shakey and aching. The small, black she-cat shook herself, lowering to an uneasy crouch.
"Who am I?" the tom hissed, "I'm a hungry cat, just like you. And I thank you for your hospitality."
"What Clan are you from?" Frostpaw hissed.
"No."
"Who are yo--"
"Why would I tell you that?!" he shouted, digging his claws into the soil. He swung a paw in Silvermask's direction, trying to know her down before leaping over her and Frostpaw's heads.
The apprentice watched his dissapearing form, turning to Silvermask. "Wha'dda we do?" she whimpered. "What...what do we do?"

"First we calm down" she snapped at her annoyed by the loss of control."Get a hold of yourself " she said a bit more calmly and nicely. Then she looked to where the cat had gone. I think hes over the boarder by now. They wernt that far away from it so she hoped he had crossed the boarder and become someone else's problem. "All we really can do is go back and get warm and treat are wounds". There was blood dropping from one of her shoulders she looked at it and licked it quickly then she turned to Frostpaw. "Are you hurt?". Her responsiblty was now to heal and take care of Frostpaw not her own wounds. Drip. There was a few crimson marks in the snow and she sighed knowing it was hers.

"Just...just a scuff. A bruise or two, I think," Frostpaw said, shrugging the medicine cat away. "You're worse off than I am. He got you a bit!" she exclaimed, motioning to the elder she-cat's wounds. "Yeah, warm sounds good."
The apprentice shook herself, picking her way back toward the camp ahead of the medicine cat. She limped a bit, but none of her blood had been spilled. She ached in her hind legs, and there was a tender soreness in her chest; but overall, the exciting moment had been anticlimactic for her. It was her first serious fight, and her adrenaline was still flowing. Frostpaw paused her quick gait, turning back to look curiously at Silvermask. "What do you think will happen to him?"
